Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Jotflow, a personal task manager run by Thinh Dinh (“Jotflow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Jotflow, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Jotflow.

A small, early-stage service

Jotflow is in beta and is offered free of charge to a small group of users. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Access may be by invitation.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Jotflow.

Your content

You own the tasks, notes and other content you put into Jotflow. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run Jotflow for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Connected calendars — Google Calendar and calendars you add by link — are read-only: Jotflow never changes your data in them.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights using Jotflow;
  • try to access other people’s accounts or data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
  • use Jotflow to store or distribute malware or abusive content;
  • resell or provide Jotflow to others as a service without our permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Ending your use

You can stop using Jotflow at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing thinh@lowcode.agency. If we ever shut Jotflow down, we will give reasonable notice so you can copy out your content.

No warranty

Jotflow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jotflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Because Jotflow is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Jotflow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
